We are authorized dealers for ALL the products we sell,
and ALL products
ordered come with a full manufacturer's warranty.
Like your car, scuba gear is backed by manufacturer's warranties. If you buy from an authorized dealer (like us), you will be notified in the event of a safety recall.
The warranty is much more important with scuba gear, since you don’t suck air from your steering wheel while 80 feet underwater.
Every year the CPSC (Consumer Product Safety Commission) finds several scuba products that require recall. That is why you should purchase your gear from an authorized dealer. If you'd like to read more, click here.
You have nothing to worry about if you purchase from Scuba.com.
Warranty Types
Below are examples of two warranties in the
diving industry. The 1st example is the most common type, respectful of the consumer's decision to purchase dive equipment safely online.

The 2nd example is a representation of the warranties offered by a small handful of diving manufacturers who have refused to form an Internet sales policy.

These of course are just examples of the different warranty policies offered
in the diving industry.
Authorized Dealer Lookup
If you are thinking about purchasing your dive gear elsewhere, be warned
that you should not take the word of the dive provider as
to whether or not they are authorized dealers. If they are
not, your product will NOT come with a valid
manufacturer's warranty. The best strategy is to contact the
manufacturer directly and ask them. A complete list of
the phone numbers and websites (where applicable) for each dive manufacturer is shown below. As an example to look up Scuba.com, follow one of the links
and enter our name (scuba.com), zip code (92614), or city (Irvine, CA) to verify our status with these dealers.
These direct links are provided to make it as easy as
possible to make sure your dive provider is an authorized dealer.
